New documentary about Benny Wenda

We are delighted to share with you the trailer for a new documentary film about Nobel Peace Prize Nominee and Free West Papua Campaign founder Benny Wenda, “The Road to Home”.

Filmed over a 2 year period by British filmmaker Dominic Brown, it provides a rare insight into the life and times of this freedom fighter and his tireless struggle to liberate his people from Indonesian colonial rule. An official release will be taking place this spring.

We encourage everyone to watch and share this incredible documentary about Benny who has dedicated his life to a Free West Papua. We would like to thank everyone involved in the making of this film including Dominic Brown, Dancing Turtle Films and of course Benny himself whose story and struggle are a true inspiration.
